In room 5 we have been learning about the great walk and we choose sides and i think it's a good idea because...

Firstly It will help you keep you fit and healthy

In fact mountain biking will get your blood pumping and it will help you be fit. Also if you tramp the track , it will take you three days to walk . also walking it will keep strong , fit and healthy.And you will be being active in the fresh air - No air pollution.

Secondly you will have entertainment

I’m sure will be seeing new things like native plants,insects and animals and also there will be magnificent views on the tops of the mountains and last but not least mountain biking and tramping is a fun experience.

Lastly there will be money for the local towns

Tourists will be buying things from local stores and more shops/cafes/restaurants will be opening and my last thing tourists will need a place to stay like accommodation if they come a day early.

In conclusion , I believe that the Great Walk should be built because tourists will be buying things and then the local towns will be getting money so then the towns will be bigger and better and this is why i want the Great Walk to be built.
